What Can I Do with My Account?
  • Sign In to your account before you begin searching the catalog if you wish to place multiple holds (then you won't have to sign in again for every item).
  • Choose whether to receive notices by e-mail or postal mail when your items on hold are ready to pick up.
  • Renew materials you already have checked out.
  • Create a PIN for yourself.
  • If you know your PIN , change your existing PIN to a new PIN.
  • View and renew items you currently have checked out.
  • View and cancel or change the pickup location of items you have on hold/request.
  • View any fines you may have outstanding.
  • View the address, telephone number and e-mail address Oakland Public Library has on file for you. You can change your e-mail address yourself. To change or correct your street address or telephone number, please visit any Oakland Public Library and present valid identification.
